Was Wall-e really that good? Even without the takling? I'm considering taking Ally (She's 4). Advise me, please.

that is too funny. my 3 year old Steven is also obsessed with spidey and he has never seen a show, a cartoon, a movie. NADA. is it an instinct? so now I have to buy the spidey macNcheese, coloring books, you name it!!

Yeah, where DOES the Spidey obsession come from? Miles and Porter picked it up somewhere too.

We're going to Wall-E this morning...

ktjrdn - I thought Wall-E was great. Really good story and it holds your attention without dialogue. Plus, since there IS barely any talking we (the parents) don't actually miss anything when our kids randomly mutter to themselves or ask a million questions. (There were dialogue parts of Kung Fu Panda I totally missed.)

Peekay & Peter - The Spidey thing is weird. I think he just must look friendly to little kids. (I mean, in comparison, Batman looks a little menacing.) I don't think Stan Lee ever realized how much of a gold mine he created.

Spidey was always a favorite of mine. I think that he is more relatable due to the fact that he has his problems like everyone else and has to deal with them. Have fun at the fair. Eat a cheese on a stick for me.

If I was cool, I could just link that post of mine as a word in this sentence. But I am not cool, nor am I very bright. But I wanted to share how Spiderman rocks in my house. I find it fun, but it cuts down the time the boys want me to play action figures with them!
